Pros

Cons
An extremely toxic place to work. Management does non respect Recovery Coaches. They wonder why turnover charge per unit is loftier, withal fire their best employees and hire emotionally unstable friends in order to team up on workers they practice non like. Equally an RC you are told to ask for help but and then constantly belittled when you lot exercise then. Clients are mostly rude to staff but can be dainty to you when you lot care for them similar a man and a friend instead of a nuisance. Work is rewarding simply the pay is horrendous and you get constantly bullied by upper management. Training is really bad and no warnings are given if you mess upwardly on something that you were non trained on. The moment you are let become, benefits and PTO are deleted. RC'due south accept to set all snacks during the calendar week and all snacks and meals on the weekend. You are a glorified maid/waitress/nanny, with less pay and must besides act equally a advisor, therapist, nurse, psychiatrist, chef, etc.

Pros
Clients are great. Truly wonderful staff members. Beautiful facility.
Cons
Pay is not even close to enough for the amount of work expected. Right hand has no idea what the left is doing. Disorganized af! Strongly encouraged to piece of work on days and evenings off. High turnover. Fifty-fifty for a field with high turnover. The ones who are bad are just awful. Training is seriously defective. Consistently understaffed.
